Management Service. This is a nice place, but the manager was rude and insulting. It appeared to be a sports bar with 10 + TVs all tuned to one lopsided Basketball game and they refused to turn change one to the college championship hockey game. Was it laziness or arrogance? 8 of us went net door to the neighboring bar.
Quite good indeed. Quick word about the beer and cocktail selection – the regular menu lists all the usual suspects, undrinkable bottles of awfulness like Bud, Coors, Miller and other testimonies to industrial indolence. However the dedicated alcohol menu which is separate, lists some of the most impressive craft beers I’ve seen in a while, including some terrific Belgian Ales and a rich chocolately black lager which is what I had on our visit last night. This accompanied a perfectly rare burger and possibly the best onion rings in Cambridge. Our service was friendly and funny and the environment was pretty cozy too. Highly recommended for pub-type fun.
Great New England Clam Chowder. You have to try the Goat cheese salad. Plenty of salad at normal prices for Cambridge area
Good foiod. Generous portions.
Terrible service. The waitress spilled my beer all over the table, and I had to make several requests to get served. The buffalo chicken pizza was good, but I won’t go back.
