Simply excellent and interesting food! This is not your fathers red sauce Italian restaurant. I wouldnt say it was a typical Tuscan or Roman style either. Its more a modern American interpretation of Italian cooking. The menu is not pasta heavy and shows a lot of creativity. Tasted flat iron steak, scallops, pasta with chicken ragu, smoked beets, grilled romaine and a potato cheese appetizer. All delicious. Service was excellent and wine was fairly priced. Ambiance wasnt anything to write home about but didnt interfere with enjoyment of our meal. Wait staff were unobtrusive even when we stayed talking for twenty minutes after paying our check. Ill be back.
