Went to Mother’s Day tea with my parents. Wanted something a little different to celebrate such a special day and what we experienced was superior from start to finish. The food and tea were exquisite, service phenominal, decor full of beautiful art in a barn that has been meticulously restored from the late 1800’s with a rich and interesting history. Everyone made us feel like family including the owner who gave us a private tour. Perfect for elegant weddings.
Magnificent Place, Food and Staff. My family truly enjoyed our Mother’s Day luncheon on 5/11/2014. We had a wonderful meal and the atmosphere was incredible. You made the mothers feel special and the guys were wowed by the building and the gorgeous pictures. It was one of the best Mother’s Days my mom has had in a very long time. This is a very special place.

Best afternoon tea on the cape!. After trying several restaurants that serve afternoon tea I can say Village Tea Room is definately the best. The menu is varied with a combination of tea and lunch items all beautifully prepared and deliciously fresh. Outstanding things include the melt in your mouth scones with fresh cream and preserves plus the incredibly friendly service-a rare thing in tea establishments on the Cape. I cant wait to go back and try something else from the menu.
