Wow is all I can say! Talked to the owner and he has it going on. Experimented with a local coffee roaster to make a blend exclusive to his shop. After a few tweaks I’d say he is right on. To get this good a cup of coffee from a single store operation, let’s just say, bring on the donuts. What he did here is unbelievable…. He went to his favorite donut shop when he was a child and worked out a deal rather than attempt to make them in house. They are shipped in fresh daily at O’Dark thirty and ready when the door opens for business! Combine all this with a great staff, usually he or his wife are on duty, and this coffee, along with these donuts, bagels, and assorted pastries and muffins, makes this a definite stop before the beach or starting your day!Looking forward to them opening soon!!!!!
