A little elbow grease is needed to clean up the dining room but the crawfish where fresh and tasty. We ordered 2 pounds and being a little overwhelmed by the other eclectic choices on the menu we deferred to our server for a pairing dish. I was surprised when she suggested the fried rice but we obliged. Turned out to be a great choice.No liquor license, we were told they are working on that, crawfish without a beer is like a day without…..well, you get the picture.Now named Sister’s Crawfish.
