If you’re looking for place to just relax and chat with friends, nice place, but if you want to eat, go somewhere else! Service is horrible. Disappointing on many levels!

Perhaps they had an off day today. The service was remarkably lacking. The French toast that I read so many raves about was dry and flavorless. Overall, we left unimpressed wishing we had gone elsewhere.

French Toast. Every word you’ve read about the French toast is true. It is amazing, really amazing. My friends had pancakes, which were excellent as well. I bough a loaf of the homemade bread to bring home. After eying the seeds in it uncertainly, my husband ate the whole thing in a single sitting.

I tried this place after noticing it while driving by, checked it out online and definitely haven’t been disappointed. Granted I’ve been twice and got the same thing but still. The French toast is unbelievably good. It’s like a combination of French toast and bread pudding, two of my favorites. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy perfected with cheese mixed in. Chances are I’ll be there again this weekend and I’ll try to order something else but it may be fruitless. The French toast is that good. Support local eateries!

Give us this day our daily quiche. … or the fabulous whole grain breads/pastries which are just a sample of the daily menu. One of my favorite spots to catch up with friends and enjoy fresh, homemade entrees and goodies. Having a get together or celebration, Karen(owner/chef) is the one to call? I had the pleasure of tasting Karen’s Carribean food at a gathering in the nbhd last summer that she catered, we are all still talking about the variety of foods and how delicious each one was. Take the time and treat yourself to morning coffee or tea and lunch. Judy T.
