We stopped in for lunch after a meeting. The location was busy but fast with the orders. The menu was diverse and had lots of Pho options. My coworker has the seafood and I had the beef with added vegetables. Both meals were great. We also had an order of wings that came with a great sauce. I would return for sure.

I order a fried fish at 430 pm and came to pick it up at 540 pm. As soon as I got there I ask for my fish she basically said she gave my food to someone else, instead of apologize she makes me Wait another hour for a new fish, I got upset and told her I’m going to be back to pick it up, another hour later I call back and ask if my fish is ready so I don’t have to waste my time driving there, and she basically told me to fuck off because I was upset earlier. Very very bad service.

I and my friends went to this restaurant in Dorchester for seven courses of beefs for dinner four weeks ago. The food was alright, but the service was at the worst. The cleanliness was bad. The servers were poorly trained and rude. The young male server behaved badly as if we were there to beg for the food. He was rude to ignore my mates when following up with the order. He was even more ill-behaved when he pocketed the tips himself. That was not fair to people serving us and that also meant stealing. The older male server was acceptable in his manner, but the way he handled himself after his finger was cut by accident was unacceptable. He was bleeding, however he didn’t get a bandage for himself first. His cut was bleeding, and he still cleaned up and he let his blood spill on the sauce bottles and table. That scared the hell out of us while seeing that. What would happened if he has been sick with a kind of infectious disease. Who knows what could have happened in the kitchen at Pho Le in term of sanitation and hygiene. Ultimately, this restaurant is bad, its workers are rude and unclean from what I witnessed.

By far the best Vietnamese food I’ve tasted, this side of the country.. Everything here is aromatic and (according to the parentals, who grew up in Vietnam) authentic. Can’t go wrong with the savory Pho Dac Biet (they put the most magical stuff in the broth, and the meat is all cut to melt-in-your-mouth perfection with no skimping, either), and the Bun Rieu is absolutely amazing. Extremely crowded on weekends, so get there really early (no later than 9:40 in the morning) or opt for an early weekday brunch with optimal service instead.

The Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Dorchester. I have worked in Dorchester for 24 years and the best Vietnamese restaurant is Pho Le! Good Food, Good Prices, Friendly Staff and clean. I have been going here once a week since they open and have only good things to say about them!

This was my very first Vietnamese restaurant experience. Very positive! We enjoyed two appetizers, shrimp stuffed French bread and spring rolls both of which were delicious. Got four of the dishes off the family style menu page and they were all great. Would go back again in a minute. Great value too. Fed 4 of us for $60 including tip.
