John. I only have this to say to the review with the horrible service: I have been going to Laudi’s for many years and I have NEVER gotten anything but the best of service and food. Here are a few reviews to check out for yourself. * THIS IS FROM JENNIFER: Homemade hash and beans, welcoming staff, and bottomless coffee. This little hole in the wall is perfect for Sunday’s. *THIS IS FROM LEAH: Very attentive and friendly staff, our meals all came out piping hot and freshly made. Coffee was refilled often, and the small dining area was very bright and clean. *THIS IS FROM CHRIS: I’m mystified by the one-star review that is posted. I can only assume that this person owns a diner or knows someone who owns one and is just trashing Laudi’s for business purposes. This review was especially insulting to the regular patrons and was totally unnecessary. It was a very dramatic, but utterly ridiculous review.My wife and I have been going to Laudi’s for years, and we have never had a bad meal. The service is always top-notch; friendly, fast, pleasant.Try the lamb-and-eggs or the home-made hash. It is by far the best hash you’ll find, not like the canned hash you get everywhere else.There are plenty of great breakfast places around. Laudi’s is one of them.I know the waitress and I also know that if she knew you were an unhappy customer in any way, she would try to rectify the situation. It takes a coward to speak ill of someone without giving them a chance to redeem themselves and a person with integrity to try to rectify things. Laudi’s may not be the prettiest place, but it sure has the best food in Dracut: food from scratch like you and I would make in our kitchens. That to me is more than worth the stop. I had their Shepherds Pie! Real mashed potato, not from a box, filled with corn and meat in the middle; It came with a fresh salad and Syrian bread. I also had their corn chowder, YUMMMMMM is all I can say. The price wasn’t bad either… I’ll definitely be back

Horrible service and meal. This was the most horrible place I have ever been. To start off the waitress, an older female with short black hair, told us we need to order even when we were still looking at the menu. So after rushing us to order the orders, scrambled eggs on english muffins, took about 40 mins. I ran a quick errand, 5 mins the most, and when I came back the waitress was asking my daughter why she wasn’t eating. Then she saw me and took off. NEVER did she ask how our meal was, and NEVER did she offer us more coffee. It is a good thing she didn’t ask how the food was because after eating less than 1/2 my meal, about 9 hours ago, it is still laying heavy in my stomach. I would never go there again and I will definitely warn others if I hear them going.
Best eggs Benedict anywhere! Staff is personal and friendly, decor I’d dated but who cares the food is amazing!
