Missed our exit on the highway. We had been traveling for 4 hours and were getting hungry. My dogs needed a break too! We saw a sign for breakfast and lunch…which suited both of us. Went in to Sophia’s. It was cute and clean. The menu was simple and the choices were very good. They were very busy, my husband had the breakfast special, I had a lunch special which was a chicken and avacado wrap..the chicken had been marinated and had a great flavor. I didn’t see it at first, but they had a spinach pie, got one to go OMG! They were kind enough to bring out water to my dogs and a treat. We are from Virginia and wish they were in our neighborhood. The kindness and good people are reason enough to visit…but the food was prepared fresh and to order. Oh and if you are there when she makes the clam chowder(Incredible!)
