Keep it Simple – Perfect Rotisserie Chicken. Although the menu has many tasty sounding Peruvian and South American options, our party of three got the house special which is charcoal rotisserie chicken, with its skin coated in lime, garlic, and spices and every piece so juicy it squirts. A whole chicken with all the side dishes (for us, we chose maduros, tostones, fries, and salad) cost $17 and was probably the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. You can easily eat it by itself, but they give you this little ramekin of creamy garlicky spicy saucey stuff which goes great on anything including the chicken.Service was friendly and sweet even though it was the girl’s first day on the job, she did great. I was curious about the Peruvian Punch but found it way too sugary, almost like a mulled wine that had been served cold.
