Excellent Subs. This small, old-fashioned sandwich shop and market at one end of Maverick Square does a great takeout business for sandwiches, subs, party platters and so on. They do have two little tables in the shop but most people seem to get their stuff to go. We ordered two large subs on soft torpedo rolls and they were overstuffed with the best italian imported cold cuts, cheeses, and hot peppers plus two bags of Utz chips for about $4 apiece which is pretty amazing for Boston. Service is friendly and fast. They also run daily specials of chicken kabobs, sausage and meatballs, pasta dinners and so on, the highest prices I’ve ever seen being $6.
