  Tried this restaurant again …. Tried this restaurant againDisappointed againTempura app excellent so feeling very positiveTwo out of three of our dinners landed on the floor as they were making their way out of kitchenVery tight quarters for serversWaitress apologized no problem things happensI did expect manager to come to table and say something but he just hung aroundAsked for another soda water with lime ,waitress took empty glass , filled it and returned it with used limes in itWhen dinners arrived the one dinner that did not fall on floor ( lobster ravioli)Was reheated not prepared againPasta hard lobster pieces on top tough I edibleSent it backStill no managerJust has plain shrimp cocktail as others in party were almost finishedThey could have at least offered a glass of wine or a dessert

  Terrible service. Went for dinner on 8/31/12 and there was hardly any one there. sat outside and the service was terrible. our waitress only had our table to wait on and she did a terrible job. did not tell us specials, did not offer bread, all our food came out at once (apps & entrees) and never came back once to check on us. I really don’t care how good the food is if you have a terrible waitress you just will not go back. We are Falmouth locals and will certainly not go back until next summer. Maybe the service will be better

  Read This Please…. We had a reservation for 12 at 8PM July 3rd, 12 people, not a small group. We sat down, had cocktails, ordered dinner, had more cocktail, had more cocktails, finally after 2 hours we decided enough was enough and walked out, two hours, two hours to get food. All they kept saying was its coming, sorry, its coming. No one bought us a drink, nothing, two hours no food nothing…they later told us the chef walked out, can you believe it the chef walked out and they just let us sit there waiting!Casino train wreck!

  My wife and I recently ate dinner at the Casino Wharf and had an excellent experience with both the wait staff and the food. Our server did a great job of anticipating our needs without being overbearing. My wife had the lobster ravioli and hasn’t stopped raving about how great it was! I personally had the tuna and was cooked exactly to my order request. If the upper deck is available, I highly reccomend sitting up there. The view is amazing. The only negative thing I can say bout the Casino is that the deck gets chilly, so bring a jacket!

  I WANTED to like this place but they screwed up my order and tried to cover up. I wound up not eating. The place is loud and crowded. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me but be forewarned.

  Excellent Food. I give this restaurant 5 stars, The food is amazing, you can tell that the chef puts 100% into his dishes. I think if your in Falmouth you should drop in! You won’t be disappointed!
