This is a smart restaurant. They are off the tourist path. They have a cool ambiance. With a small bar, a refined menu, polished wait staff and a nice wine list, this place is the perfect balance between local and tourist. On the night we went, I think the restaurant was split 50/50 between locals on an anniversary or other celebration and visitors looking for an upscale dining experience that was away from the hubbub of Main Street Falmouth, only a short distance away. We had a superb meal, from the opening cocktail, to the shrimp starter, through an outstanding arugula salad and onto the striped bass special, expertly handled by Chris and the other help. We could not have been happier! Nice job – would love the chance to return.
