How can you even rate this stunning pastry venue?Visit (multiple) August 2017Maison Villatte is not only one of the best patisseries on the Cape, it is one of the best on the west side of the Atlantic!Throughout our 6 weeks on the cape we ate our way through most of the delicious pastries for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and cakes for afternoon tea!The early morning bakery smell really makes one smile, and when you tuck into one of the freshly made Jambon Croissants, it is simply yum!Be aware, anytime between 9am and 3pm you may have to queue for up to 45 minutes to get served and the queue snakes through the whole place, but there is always a great camaraderie amongst the customers and it is well worth the wait.It is always entertaining as you near the front of the queue by the main door, and first timers walk in, and the look on their faces makes you smile, but they also know that it is worth the wait!A definite stop for any visit to the cape. Do not miss it!
