Great atmosphere, service was great, all pasta is home made. The bluefish and Zuppa Ingese were fantastic. Small portions.

My husband and I are fairly big foodies. We were on our honeymoon and being picky about our choice of eateries. After trying the Flying Bridge and having a poorly made cosmo, I decided to leave in presuit if something more intimate. Civetta was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is incredible. It is real Italian food. The owners are from italy. I have been traveling New England for weeks and this is by far the best restaurant I have eaten at for the same or even less price than I have paid. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and intimate. It was perfect.

Terrible. This was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten out. The prices seemed very high for what was offered — not terribly original, and everything covered in some sort of batter or coating. In order to avoid that, I ordered spinach lasagne, which was just a mushy green blob of something. What’s more they didn’t even thoroughly microwave it, as it was cold in the center. I couldn’t really send it back since I was with a group, and that realization was half way through the meal. The service wasn’t terrible, but our waitress looked like something from a truck stop as seen in an episode of The Simpsons.

Great food and love their new bar but you can run up an astounding tab in a nanosecond – I go there when I’m feeling rich (which is not so much right now)

OK Food. This was my second visit to Osteria; portions are small and the service is fair. The owners are terrific people! There are better Italian restaurants in Falmouth and Mashpee!

Finally, great Italian food in Falmouth. Super dinner, had the spaghetti with lobster, others had tagliatelle and ravioli. Great service, it’s about time Falmouth had a really good restaurant.

Great Food Lousy Drink. We ate there on 13 Feb, party of 8. It is very extremely loud and dark. Waitress had to supply a flashlight so we could read the menu. The Waitress was not friendly, and had a little bit of an attitude, she was busy and had little time to even inquire how our meals were. We ordered 5 salads only received 4, when we told the waitress she loudly told us that she had brought 5. Then she removed the 4 salad plates from the table. I don’t know what type of workingman can afford their prices, they are not unreasonable but not too highfora special occasion. Martini had more vermouth then vodka. The best part of the experience was the food including the bread. The food was VERY Good but the portions were small. I will try this place again on a night that is not as busy, Valentines Weekend is not the best time to try out a new place. The hostess was very friendly.
