A local favorite. Hosted sing at the Silver Lounge was one of my first jobs and how I helped put myself through college as a local I still think their chowder is the best thick and creamy and packed with everything chowder should have. You can never do wrong with one of their sandwiches a Ruben is always my go to though be prepared if you order a steak sandwich for the whole steak unsliced, my first go I was unprepared for the challenge. I am not a seafood person you can paye to eat Lobster which most any Cape Codder or basically anyone would find insane so I’ll tell you my favorite entrees are the blackened chicken and steak. In fact when I go I make my fianc order one and I get the other so I can have half of both.
A Must visit!. For a taste of some local flavor, try the Silver Lounge! Stuffed Quahog and Clam Chowder is always a good choice.. the burgers are good, but ask for the .10 cent Bulkie Roll… Cocktails are adequate.. nothing fancy or pretentious..

There was a wide range of choices from a $3 grilled cheese to entrees just above $20. The atmostphere was a very rustic style and the red train car was very unique. The staff was very friendly.
Tasty swordfish sandwich. Respectable quahogs.
