I was kind of disappointed with Dicks. I had the Redneck fondue and it was ok I guess. My wife had the clam chowder which was good. I ordered the cheese steak which they didn’t have. Than I ordered a burger which they also didn’t have. I ended up just filling up on the tatter tots. We also got two drinks which came to a grand total of dam near $50. I was expecting a little more humors in my service but it was kinda dry. I also asked for one of them silly paper caps they put on people’s heads for my wife and they didn’t have any of them also. I’m not giving up on this place just yet though. If I’m ever back in Boston Il give it another try or at anyone of their other locations.
Looked like a fun place from the outside. Looks were deceiving. From my waiter who acted like he didn’t give a damn as to whether my daughter and I ate there or not, to being insulted by another staff member, to the overpriced, maybe average food, I SWEAR, EVEN IF IT’S MY LAST RESORT , I WOULD RATHER STARVE!! I’ll never eat here again!

Whenever i visited this place, almost ordered the same thing; chicken wings dipped in Bbq sauce. Well, it’s been notorious that this place has one of a kind service and the patrons are all okay with it. If it’s your first time, then you’ll be a bit shocked. They will treat you like a jerk and that’s okay, cause that’s how they do it. Hence the name!
Jury’s out for Last Resort. We had a large party; were greeted by our waiter who was rude, as he’s supposed to be; in the end, he was fine and funny. He brought joy to the meal. We were each given our signature chef style paper hat with something funny written on it. That was a blast. The meal itself left a lot to be desired. We are from Boston so we are used to fresh seafood. We ordered seafood platter and got about 7 small scallops, 5 fried shrimp and 2 small pieces of fish. It was the smallest seafood platter we had ever bought, but acceptable for downtown Boston. The scallops didn’t taste fresh; the shrimp was excellent; the fish ok, but bland; All in all, it was served in a basket and reminded me of a fast-food place; at $19.99, I would have been happy if the scallops were fresher and fish had some flavor. They have a gold-mine location; would like to see them step up the food a little. Not sure I would return unless I had a group of friends and returned for the waiter, not the food.
Ripoff. Went in for a beer and watch few min of baseball game $10 for a beer . Said because get to keep glass. Never asked me if I wanted glass i could keep or what size beer wanted just gave me $10 beer with glass you keep. Tried to return or get help changing order no help. This place sucks!!!
