Excellent British beer selection (I suppose, I’m American… It appears to be a selection that’s far superior than what I’m used to). The atmosphere is very nice, typical American rendition of English pub but it’s tasteful and clean. The butter chicken poutine was okay (the chicken was very dry, although the taste was pleasant). The location is downtown Boston, and the bartender turned off the Red Sox game and switched to CNN…. so that weird. Would definitely return, very friendly.
Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but I don’t think you could be let down by any of it! The Fat Elvis, I mean I already want another, and the wife said the eggs Benedict were possibly the best she’s ever had. The bar is beautiful and has a nice selection of whiskey, scotch and bourbon. We will probably be back.
Exceeded my expectations. This place didn’t look like anything special but we got our food quickly and with no issues. Everything was decent (not amazing but no complaints). Pretty cool decor, actually, and a nice bar overall.

My trip for lunch was bad. Slow service. They didnt have what I first ordered. Burger was over cooked tasteless and not hand made. I got no water. I’m sitting here now writing this review because it’s boring and haven’t seen my sever for a while. I wonder what else will go wrong before I leave.
Generally, the Boston location of this international chain has good renditions of pub favorites, along with good service. What was the deal, however, with the one waitress who refused to smile on our most recent visit?
Seems like I’m in England – but I’m not. Good service, selection and food. Of course, don’t assume you can watch your cholesterol. The food seemed fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff is efficient and attentive. Worth a visit!
