Great atmosphere, good service, and amazing food. I love the presentation of the dishes, very dramatic. Really good cocktails and super good value on oysters and clams. The escargot was so garlicky and yummy. Loved the prosciutto wrapped rabbit and the sausage was good.

Here cooked very well and the portions are huge. Chicken with risotto, scallops with excellent tortellini with pumpkin puree and risotto with mushrooms, everything is excellent. Only negative was a long time before we were served the meal and brought. But the worst was the coffee. So awful sour coffee, perhaps I never drank. They clutched at her feet drink. So I recommend here to eat, be patient and not to give a cup of coffee. Then everything is OK.Tady va velmi dobe a porce jsou obrovsk. kue s rizotem, hebenatky s vbornmi tortelinami s dovm pyr a rizoto s houbami, ve vynikajc. Jen negativn byl dlouh as, ne ns obslouili a donesli jdlo. Ale nejhor tu byla kva. Tak stranou kyselou kvu jsem snad nikdy nepil. Svrali se mi u jejho pit chodidla. Take doporuuji sem zajt na jdlo, bt trpliv a nedvat si kvu. Pak je ve OK.
Great restaurant, generous and accommodating people. Interesting and delicious dishes. If you want to have a romantic, relaxing dinner away from the noise and confusion of the city right in the middle of downtown, this is it. I highly recommend it.
Lovely. We came here during restaurant week in the spring and it was fantastic overall. I went with some more heavy choices for dinner; however, it was properly portioned so it was not overwhelming for me. I had the escargot appetizer, the beef wellington, and butterscotch pudding with candied ginger. The escargot was everything you want in such a dish: garlic, cheese, and crunch from the crostini with tender snails. A rather gluttonous beginning to dinner, but completely worth it. The beef wellington was smaller than expected, but since it was very rich it made sense. The pastry crust was buttery and flaky, the meat a spot on medium rare, and the accompanying flavors in the wellington enhanced the luxuriousness. The butterscotch pudding was an excellent end to the meal. It had an airy texture which offset the richness of the butterscotch and the candied ginger added a needed acidity and texture variety. I would definitely return here for an excellent meal in an intimate/romantic setting.
Great find. What a great find. Marliave doesn’t really fit any bucket for types of food. Italian, french, american are somehow the closest. It’s one of the oldest places in the area and offers some fantastic prohibition era style cocktails, and craft-fully done entrees. The sunday gravy was rich and deep with flavor poured over hand made gnocchi, and the pressed chicken over risotto was simply delish! For the tourist, this is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth it.
