  Maureen. Went to South Station Master Wok location and was very disappointed. Ordered a large white rice (planning on saving some for tomorrow’s lunch) but it tasted dry and saw something in it that didn’t look right so I threw it out.The real point that I will never go back is because the older lady at the register opened the box to see what I ordered (even though I told her a large white rice), she then walked over to the younger woman that got it for me to tell her something. She then charged me $4.24 for a large white rice. It’s not that the cost is so overwhelming as I would’ve paid that if that was on the sign as the cost. I then told her they needed to update their sign as the sign said $2.80 for large white rice. She acted as though she didn’t understand me (convenient). When I got my receipt I looked and she rang it in as Veg Fried Rice which is why it rang up at $4.24 even. I then looked at her and said – this is why the price is wrong, you rang up a fried rice and I got a white rice. Again she gave a half smile as though she didn’t understand. I’m just thinking how many times does she over-charge her customers and then later when it’s quiet she can then go back and correct it and pocket the difference. Not like she didn’t know what I got, she opened it and looked at it – white rice doesn’t look at all like veg fried rice so there couldn’t have possibly been a mistake. She’s probably one of the owners.
