So cheap and so good! $4.25 a sandwich cash only, I return every time I visit Boston even though the sandwiches were even cheaper back then. The bbq beef or the teriyaki beef are safe bets but the VN cold cut (not ham or turkey!) banh mi with pate on that crusty baguette is the breadwinner. You dont stumble across this place (very hole in the wall), it comes by word of mouth or youre seeking out banh mi after that first ever bite. On a side note this crazy guy went on a threatening rant directed at me from across the street. Apparently this guy who I have never met or would ever associate with felt I owed him $8?! Well if this lunatic ever got between me and my food hes getting shoved to the curb, then Im taking that money I owe him and buying more sandwiches which I will eat in front of him!
