Moderately Positive. We went here on Friday for Restaurant Week and I acknowledge this is not a fair test of a restaurant’s abilities or cuisine. The items we ordered from the prix-fixe RW menu were pretty basic – a rather bland Caesar salad followed by a decent steak frites with hearty yucca fries. The dessert of chocolate brownie cake with popcorn ice cream was the highlight – unusual contrast of flavors and textures. We did order one appetizer to share off the regular menu, the Leek & Pork Dumplings and those were excellent, possibly the best I’ve had in the city recently so this gives me hope that future visits will be better. Service throughout the meal was also excellent – we found the outdoor patio area far, far, too loud with obnoxious blaring generic music, so were instead seated in a quiet dining room by the bar.
