I have stopped in to Trade the last two times I was in Boston. While each visit was just for a drink and some small plates, the experience was enjoyable. Given that it is in the heart of the waterfront and Financial District, the prices are a little high, but the food, especially the sashimi, was on point.
We came upon Trade last Friday evening and just wanted a couple of drinks/ something light to eat.Sat outside in the glorious autumn sunset beside gas heating and later with one of their complimentary throws over my legs.They have the most charming friendly servers we’ve met in Boston.The young Russian born hostess and our handsome Peru born server: both so engaging and interesting to meet.Service was excellent and drinks and food great too.Busy, bustling atmosphere made the end of the day/ start of the weekend vibe perfect.Would definitely recommend a visit.
I only go for drinks and apps and I can almost always manage to snag a spot for two at the bar. Tenzin is hands down the best bartender in the city and I love the passion he has for his craft and the originality behind his drinks. I regularly order the polenta bites, chicken meatballs, and flatbreads. Can’t go wrong here for a casual date spot or after work/pre or post event drinks!
Had lunch there Friday to interview some intern candidates.Server could not have been nicer.3 of us ordered the burger.Mine just fell apart.Could not eat as a burger.Not bad, but not great at allWill not go back
Poshe. Awesome atmosphere and decent food. Portions are small, making it an expensive location, but I really enjoyed it. Great for 30+.
