Service is spotty. Good variety, but service is very spotty.
The host and waitstaff are very friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a hot hand towel and warm sake upon request. I asked for a bit of spiciness to miso soup, and it did have a little extra kick. The scorpion sushi roll tasted fresh and wasn’t bad. I’d rather something tempura next time though.
I have mixed feelings. The good: every meat/seafood has its own flavoring. The food was fresh. The bad: fried rice was bland and my drink (pika pika) was watery.
Really good food and the drinks are good too.
