Very good Chinese food accompanied by very friendly people who get to know you by name. Can’t be beat for a suburban restaurant in Framingham. You’ll only be sorry if you don’t try it if you like Chinese food.
A Real Winner!.. Great food, fast and very friendly service. Somewhat limited parking, unless it’s OK to park in neighbors lot… I need to check that and will update this review at that time. Ron thought the Sesame Beef appeared to be run-of-the-mill Beef and Broccoli – until he put it into his mouth. The beef was tender, the broccoli was crunchy, and the sauce just exploded with flavor. Steamed rice cakes was different from anything we’ve tried before: Apparently rolled rice-based dough of some sort, thinly sliced on the bias offered a springy texture and was quite the novelty of the meal. Chicken with hot peppers served without the hots and with red bell peppers in their stead in deference to Joan’s delicate palate was served julienne style and was quite good. Sauteed Pea Shoots and Steamed Pork Dumplings were done just right. Uncle Cheung’s is a real winner!
