Usually love this place. Last few times I went to this location, waited FOREVER for service. Had to leave today after 15 minutes and no one came over to take drink order. We left. Awful service. Mind you, the place was slow. And servers were walking around doing nothing.
I should have known better than to order Indian food at a British pub in Franklin, MA. I ordered the chicken tikka masala. The food came out and looked pretty good. The chicken masala tasted good but the portion was really small. The naan bread was tasty. The rice was awful and extremely overcooked. It was starting to breakdown from being in the steamer too long. I really doubt it was made today. I complained to the manager and did not eat it and they charged me full price. I will not be going back. This was truly my worst meal so far in 2013. $15 bucks for half a cup of chicken and a half circle of naan bread. The rice was plentiful, but beyond mushy with a soft grainy yellow green color. inedible
