Horrible Service. I love the pizza at Imperial but I just can’t go there anymore. The service is terrible. When it’s busy they won’t answer the phone to even put you on hold. If you call back (as I did) they pick up the phone and hang up on you. This has happened MANY times. Whenever I have gone in to pick up the pizza, the staff is rude and acts put out that they had to help a customer. Going to Norfolk Town Pizza instead.
