Andale is a great little Mexican spot I’m Harwich center, freshly fried chips lots of choices and $1 tacos on Tuesday. They also make the best margarita on the cape but be careful not to have more than 3!
Horrible Service/manager. I went there over the weekend, didn’t get a chance to actually eat there because the manager was probably the rudest man I have ever come into contact with. First off, he creeped out of the bushes and told us they were closing, but it was still open (idk…), then he told us to move into the other room, which we did. He then stalks us and makes us move again into the bar.. which we did.. he then follows us into the bar, tells us we’re going to have to move, TOUCHES me, and we just left, we just walked out of there because he was being way too creepy and just an overall ass. This man should either be talked to by someone of higher power or fired because he has absolutely NO people skills and shouldn’t even be in contact with the outside world… just saying.
Food is freshly made and tastes wonderful. Portions aren’t huge, just enough food to eat it all without feeling over-filled. No leftovers is a great bonus in a tourist area. Waitstaff is friendly without being clingy. Outdoor patio seating was okay.
Rip off. Ok drinks, average food. Unwelcoming…gave my family chips, we figured it was like getting bread…and did not even ask for them. But it seems they are so cheap there we had to pay for the stale tortilla chips and the refill we never asked for of the chips. Their loss
Great food!
Good other option on Cape. Fried clams and french fries and fried everything else have some appeal on the Cape, but the market is definitely saturated. Spend a few days down here, and it can get old quickly. Andale is a good option.Good selection of tequilas and Mexicn beer, but it is more than just margaritas and Mexican decor. My pork soup with beans was tasty and even better with a splash of the house chipotle. Had the tuna tacos, which were fresh, flavorful and had an authentic Cali-Mex feel.Portions were small and decidedly un-Cape, the tacos were served in small pairs, but were priced accordingly — $5.For me, visiting my parents in the Cape again, Andale was a great reprieve from the joints with fry cooks and ice cream scoopers going to elbow to elbow.
Real Mexican food!. These recipes come from Mexico, many from the co-owners own family recipes. The Mole sauce is awesome, and try the fish taco’s too. Seafood enchiladas are tops. Good selection of Margaritas, decent wine prices and good specials top the list. A warm and inviting atmosphere.
