First time poor service and really disappointed. I’ve dined here several times and not only returned each time but brought many friends here. I realize that people have bad days..i’m in the service industry also. Tonight I had Michelle’s table and her attitude was poor,she was slow, did not engage,left dirty dishes,did not ask us for more drinks,etc. Ugh she was just not pleasant…..i’m disappointed
Great food with a changing creative selection. New chef has done wonders! Lobster mac and cheese & serloin chile are my current favorites! Enjoy great food and atmosphere.
Looks neat inside but the low standard in the kitchen will keep me from returning. Maybe new managment or new kitchen staff could make this otherwise nice spot worth returning to.
Excellent. Definitly go here! ive been several times first for a party in the function room, then for dinner with friends and drinks at the bar. The Servers are so friendly and helpful. Suitbale for any occasion , good lunches too! and brunch on sunday. Try the Spinach Salad and Salmon they are delicious and the espreso martini for dessert! YUM i cant say enough about this place . just try it out yourself 🙂
BAD. Server was rude and stressed out. If you don’t like your job dear, stay home, who cares? Food was overcooked and very oily. The chef is very bad, I agree that the decor will fool you, but I was shocked with all the fools my self included that they go there to eat. I believe is only once, no one goes back again. Horrible, and overpriced. Management should check about the food quality, and the stuff attitude. I think I left her a dollar for tip, and still, I think it was too much.
Some of the freshest seafood in town. Not for nothing but I come from a little island in the middle of the atlantic ocean and I eat a lot of seafood. The ESB has some of the freshest seafood. I have never had a problem the blue point oysters are fresh and great nice and chilled. The salmon and the special Mahi Mahi that they have had there on special tasted like it was caught that morning. For anyone that likes seafood I really recommend this place. Ill be going back soon Thanks!!!!!!!
Negative star and lowest grade for Food, Service & Management. Because of the decor this place fools you. The food here was overcooked, and luke warm. The waitor brought us the wrong drinks and appetizers then forgot to bring out my date’s entree. The manager ( the light was on but nodody was home) So disappointed with the quality of food and service. This bistro should be SHUT DOWN. FYI : Dont order seafood…its really bad.
