My fave. After trying both Saigon Noodle and Pho 99 I would definately give the edge to Pho 99. More menu options, much friendlier service and the Pho was 100 times better. The broth was delicious and flavorful, the noodles were perfect and overall the soup needed very little in terms of extra hoisin or sriracha. Just a squirt of each, in addition to the basil and lime made this the best pho i have had north of Boston! I would even say that Pho 99 slightly edges out Pho #1 in Woburn.
