Unbeatable Experience. Chef Ettore loves his Italian roots and his food. It shows in the quality of ingredients, menu variation, staff and, of course, the taste.My wife and I have eaten here at least 20 times over the years and have never been anything but pleased with our food and experience.Chef Vittorio and waiter/sommelier Angus actually are interested in the people who come to eat. A rare quality in today’s restaurants.As you walk in to be seated you pass by the open kitchen, another sign of a chef who wants to share his food with you.
