Allergic Reaction. Went there once when it first opened. They mixed up my order and gave me one less of a meal for the whole family. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the wrong meal given to me. Not a good experience – needless to say I will not go back again.
Mexican Food with a BAD Attitude!. The food is okay, but the attitude of the daughter who works the phones and front desk is HORRIFIC! I purchased the nachos. The sour cream on the nachos had turned and tasted awful. I called and the daughter in spanish asked her father if it was bad than came to the phone and said we just tasted it and its fine. From the start she had an attitude and was basically suggesting I was lying! I drove all the way over to bring the nachos for them to taste. from the moment I walked in they were defensive. Like I am really going to go through all this effort if it were not true. I insisted on them trying the nachos I returned and they refused. Having family members in the restaurant business they have not master the golden Rules… Rule#1 in the restaurant business…be gracious and ALWAYS please the customer. You don’t challenge them or get defensive!They have only been at this place for 8 months and they have a lot to learn. I’d be surprised if they last long!

Great Food! Reasonable Price! Definitely will return.. I recently visit Boston and found this little gem out in Medford which is not too far away from Boston core. It certainly worth a trip to this rare find of good Mexican food at a very reasonable price. It family style atmosphere is kids friendly. If you like it hot, tell them to make it so! They can give you heat with their fresh salsa! I will definitely return next time when I am in town.
Awesome. I have been a fan of Giuseppi’s since it opened. My favorite dish is the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo but my kids love the pizza. It takes us an hour to get to Giuseppi’s but it’s worth the trip!
