Good food, great service, outstanding location.

YUM. The Galley is AWESOME! Great ambiance and service make this place shine. The management is always present and they run a tight ship and are very consistent. Presentation of my lobster was fantastic only coupled with the flavor. My dinning companions had the short rib and the steak and would not share. The desserts were a perfect finish and the house made coffee drinks are in a league of their own. The Galley is a must for dinner. Big Tip: request outside dinning at Sunset and make reservations far, far in advance.

Beautiful location for lunch (and allergy friendly). This is a place you shouldn’t miss as long as you don’t mind spending a lot for your meal! We had lunch here and it was absolutely delightful to watch the ocean while enjoying top notch service and tasty food. We were dressed down (in the middle of a family bike ride) and although we received a few looks, they welcomed us without problem. We also have a combination of gluten/soy/dairy food allergies between us and they seamlessly worked around our needs. I ordered the lobster roll without the roll and they offered to make it into a salad, which I enjoyed. They also crafted an off-menu meal of scrambled eggs and canadian bacon for our food allergic 5 year old without hesitation. The food was very good, but it was really the view and service that made the meal. If you are in town, you will need a taxi or other form of transport to get here. We rode bikes and it was an easy ride.

Very good food, beautiful views on the beach—very expensive too.

This is a special place. There’s no argument there. Can’t beat it for a sunset cocktail in the sand. My only complaint is that the food is just a bit underwhelming for the price. Just had the scallops which arrived cold and slightly undercooked. Priced over $30, there’s no excuse for that.

While the halibut was outstanding the tuna special was underseasoned and overall I wouldn’t consider the meal for two worthy of $200.

A dish by any other name is not what I got. If I order a dish I want the dish I ordered. Two of us ordered the flounder meuniere with parsley potatoes. What I got was a fish and potatoes in what I would call Aqua Pazzo sauce. It was decent but that is not what I ordered.A meunire sauce is a simple preparation – brown butter, chopped parsley, and lemon – and the name refers to its unelaborate rustic nature. When you use those woprds that is what you should deliver.
