To start off, the host is not very welcoming…rude may be a more accurate description…the service was poor and our salads arrived with our burgers…we ate here probably 3 times last summer and had nothing but a great experience- something has changed…not going back.
Horrible Customer Service. Accidents are an unavoidable part of life, at first when i received the wrong order of course I was a little miffed. I walked back into the establishment and when I asked weather the error (I had gotten the $24 lola burger when in fact I had asked for the $9 classic burger) I was given quiet a hard time when trying to get the cashier to credit me back on my debit card, and get the correct order. The classic burger comes with lettuce, tomato, and onions. I had not received any and I went back again to ask and was rudely called a F***ing bitch when I asked to speak with a manager. He also told me getting the extras put on would cost me extra money; although they are free on the take out menu…. Overall the food was good; however due to this terrible performance of customer service I will undoubtedly never go back.

Foie Gras fries are incredible! And ‘Excuse Me Mr Hotpants’ cocktail is delicious if you like a little spice kick.
