Excellent service. Food good, mainly. Chowder excellent. Warning, the fishermans platter is a lot of fried stuff not fresh seafood so one of our party was disappointed. It’s as much a bar as a restaurant.
Read the book of Genesis. You’ll find that God spent six days creating the world, then rested on the seventh. But I’ve discovered what God did on his day off – he made CLAM CHOWDER. And they make it the same way at Boston Sail Loft. Fancy? Nope. Best view in the harbor? Nope. Great service and holy goodness in the form of clam chowder? Yep.
Excellent clam chowder, and the fried whole belly clams were huge. Celery in the lobster roll was different but tasty and my wife loved her lobster Mac n cheese. Will definitely come here when we’re in the area again.
Meh. Cheapest food in the area… But you could tell. Tuna sandwich was over cooked and California wrap was blah. Needs more seasoning overall.
I loved their clam chowder and their buffalo chicken salad. The house made buffalo sauce was spicy, vinegary and #bostondelish.
Appetizer clams $15 expensive for the amount. The chowder was amazing. Service good and view was nice.
Awesome and affordable! We had three lobster specials between four people! The Boston experience!
