I would dine here again, for sure. I had the Linguine Carbonara. My wife had the Gnocchi and my son had the Chicken Parmigiana. We all really enjoyed our food. My son said it was the best chicken parm he has ever had. Let me tell you that like all the small Italian restaurants in the North End, it is small. They open at 4:00 and there was no rush to open on time. The server was very friendly. All in all, good Italian food that I would mangia again.

The calamari was incredible with the sauce being the star served over very nicely done crispy calamari. The risotto was excellent with a nice flavor of mushroom and subtle earthy spices. I enjoyed the fact the chef allowed you to add salt to your liking. The veal Paradiso in vodka sauce was a delight. The veal and the cheese was fresh and cooked to perfection. The complimentary side dish of penne pasta and maranara sauce was quite complimentary and used it to take advantage if the wonderful vodka sauce. Servers were attentive and howncouldninforget the fresh bread!

HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE. Too bad these ladies couldn’t follow Chef Ramsay’s advice. This place sucks! Food was still frozen crap and service staff is unfriendly and seemed disgruntled that you came in. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else!

This restaurant had delicious food and was at a good price for the expensive area it is located in, HOWEVER, I have to say I was disappointed in the service. Our waitress mixed up our order with te people next to us so she offered our mixed up meal on the house, THEN when it came time to bring us the check she said she wasn’t going to comp the meal just one of the drinks……. That is a HUGE no no. But other than that the chicken park was delicious. I would recommend the restaurant for the food!

AMAZE!. I never write reviews but felt like I needed to for La Galleria. We had 7:30reservations which we unknowingly ran late for. We showed up around 7:50 and were still seated within 5 minutes while there was an hour and a half wait. (so make reservations on opentable.com). We ordered the arancini, eggplant parm, and The chicken galleria. Everything was AMAZING! The wait for the food wasn’t too long and the staff was really friendly even though the owner seemed a little stressed out.

Pricey. The $$ sign is a joke. Our entre’s were $29. And I had a chicken dish that was so salty I couldn’t finish. My husband was pleased with his veal dish. Staff was great, service was great. Just know this is not a medium priced place

Very good food and service in a warm atmosphere.. We dined here as a group of 8 that ranged in age from 4 to 72, and included a vegetarian. meat worshiper and Italian food snob. I am happy to say that it did not disappoint, with very good food and excellent service. While it was not the best Italian food I have ever had, it is a place I would recommend to others. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they did an excellent job with a group of our size and diversity. Prices were good in comparison to other places in the neighborhood and it was not cramped like some of the smaller dining options. The dishes selected ranged from mussels over linguini to chicken parmigiana to the Veal Paradiso to the pork chop. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The pastas seemed commercial (i.e. not fresh made) but the sauces tasted fresh. The bread with olive oil is a very nice touch and the wine list was excellent and not overpriced given the location. (we opted for a Barolo)Overall, I would recommend La Galleria 33.
