Very good. Great service and great food. I started out super mad at my husband for something and by the end of the dinner, the food and dining experience was so good that I wasn’t mad anymore. Now THAT’s saying something!!
The location is perfect. The mood in the restaurant is very high class, but moderately priced. The service was quick, the waiter knew the menu. The food was fantastic.
Nice meal a bit pricey. Wait staff and meal were both solid. I chose this restaurant because it was advertised as being reasonably priced. The prices were high and our bill was more than expected.
Best of the North End. Cannot say enough good things about Lucca. Have been there several times and always have the best experience from the time I walk in the door until I walk out. The ambience is great at the bar, the bartenders are social and attentive but not overbearing. The food is exceptional. The menu and preparation does not compare to any other restaurant in the North End. I’ve been disappointed elsewhere, but never at Luccas. Superb cuisine and atmosphere for the price…and consistent too. They make it hard to go anywhere else.
Over rated. I love eating out , i love cooking, lucca’s was fair at best.I ordered two apps.and three entrees sent the calamari back and one dinner was like mac and cheese. The other entrees were fair. However service was good.Avoid!!!
Great Food Everytime!!!. My wife and I have been to Lucca’s about 4 times now. We try to get there everytime we are in Boston. First time there had a memoriable dinner of duck with a cranberry sauce and a arugula salad with red onion, sllice parmesan reggiano cheese and a lemon vinaigrette. Which I have copied and serve to my family on special occasions. After the first dinner, we always come back when in Boston.
