Best cupcakes ever!!. We were advised that Lulu’s made the best cupcakes by a cashier in the Smithsonian Museum in Washington – she wasn’t wrong!!The service here was great, quick to serve and helpful, the staff gave great advice as to the different flavours of the cupcakes and what their particular favourites were. And the cupcakes didn’t disappoint – the best I’ve ever eaten! The shop is a little out of the way, but well worth the effort.
