Its amazing restaurant in Italian district with top notch kitchen. We have tried amazing ravioli with lobster, absolutely great Frutti di Mara (its not what we got used to. No spaghetti. Just small gnocchi with seafood. But very tasty). And very very good service!
Mamma Maria gets very good reviews in what is Boston’s Little Italy – North End. I visited here for an early dinner before the Bruins match on Monday and found the food to be good, not great, but tasty nonetheless. The service wasn’t great, if anything it was lacking in terms of engagement and enthusiasm. In may opinion, North End has better options available.
