Probably the WORST service I have ever had in my life. Asked to see the manager and he laughed when we complained. The waiter was more concerned with speaking to woman at other tables to attend to us properly. Being in the hospitality and restaurant industry I can honestly say this was the worst experience of my life. Will NEVER return

Creative & inspired menu, inconsistent execution. Dined here to celebrate 10th anniversary. Menu was exciting and creative. The 1/2 pasta dishes that could be ordered for apps increased selections and meant I could have one of my favorites, Lobster Fra Diavlo and try something new. Apps were Lobster Fra Diavlo & Crispy Shrimp. The Lobster Fra Diavlo is a dish I order where ever it is offered and I was excited to see this on the menu and that it could be an app or entree! The pasta was fresh, homemade served perfect al dente. The lobster meat was a bit rubbery though. The diavlo sauce was bland–more from a garden tomato than from a devil. Large shrimp were served whole-with eye balls!-and crispy coating was tasty–but overpowered any taste of shrimp. Entrees were a ravioli dish for wife. Meatballs, ribs, & sausage over polenta for me. Meatball was tasty & ribs cooked well. Sausage was tasteless & sauce was bland again–another garden tomato. Polenta base was creamy but didn’t compliment rest of dish. Frustrated at end when waiter then bus boy tried to remove dishes before finished. We were lingering and enjoying each others company–but really rushed at the end and didn’t feel welcome to stay for dessert. I would eat here again though-but maybe not for an epic occasion but with a larger group or if we were catching dinner and then had somewhere else to go. I also thought the value was appropriate for North End fine dining–an expensive treat and not a rip off like some places can be. There are lots of other things on the menu that looked interesting.

Outstanding. Our last meal decision in Boston was done by a local friend who lives in the North End neighborhood, where she suggested Prezza. We made a 7:00 PM reservation and were promptly seated at that time. Our waitress was spot-on with her service and suggestions. We settled on a great cab for wine, chowder and figs for an appetizer. My friend and I were wanting to share a bowl of chowder but instead of slurping from one bowl, our waitress had it split into two for us. The figs were good and the chowder was amazing. The three entrees ordered were the swordfish, scallops and I settled on the lamb leg. All three were equally amazing and we shared them between us. We ordered a different bottle of wine which they were out of so they discounted our next bottle of what we previously ordered. How great is that?! Overall, I was very impressed with Prezza and our friend is lucky to have this place close to her home!

Martinis, antipasto, pasta and bread pudding were perfect. Our waiter was excellent. Really enjoyed it.

Amazing!. I had my graduation here were a huge group and it was wonderful! They are very welcoming and the food is great. But, that wine list is huge!!! It’s like a bible, so if you are a wine lover you will not go wrong here.

Mmmm…. Good cocktail selection, good music, nice decor. Crowded for a Thursday. I ordered the gnocchi but was brought the tagliatelle. Didn’t send it back, as it looked delectable and was. Valet + coat check available.
