Right next to the Connah store. Dinner with friends. This is a great street with many bustling places. Managed a seat here and it was busy. My friends were vegetarian so they went with a margarita pizza. I had the brick sausage for starters. A bit dry. The pasta I ordered was tasteless but they happily replaced it with the prawn skewers which wasnt bad. Overall I felt the food was a bit bland for my taste.

I had the prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella appetizer and the veal main – terrific restaurant, closest reminder to being in Italy since my one and only visit there (so for!) highly recommend this joint.

Good thin crust pizza. I was very happy with my pimped margarita pizza that I had added multiple toppings to. The thin crust was perfection after being cooked in the wood fire oven but perhaps my one complaint was that the crust was a bit too blackened for my liking. not the best pizza I’ve ever had but certainly above average. I would return.

Good Italian-American Food. My fiance’ and I patronized this place when they were Express Cafe. We loved the counter concept, pizza by the slice and the Grandma-style chicken and rice soup. We tried Quattro because it’s owned by the same people. Gone is the old world Italian food like meatball subs and hearty soups, but the new style is good. We sat at the bar and had the margherita pizza. It was brick-oven style and was filled with high-quality ingredients. We had good service and enjoyed our experience, though we still miss Express Cafe and wish Quattro offered the chicken and rice soup.

5 of us ate at Quattro for lunch and the food was fresh and delicious. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Umbertos, watch out!! There’s a new kid in town. Quattro Formaggi 4 cheese pizza to die for. When looking for a delicious, different pizza experience, this is the place!
