Now this is a perfect stop for any sort of college student. Good prices, great food, and perfect portions. The Pho was rich and smooth, and had a good portion of meat and vegetables. The broth was well salted and fragrant.
Finally got a chance to try this and had such a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kinda minimalist decor but the food is where it truly shines. They have so many different variations of this classic sandwich and a selection of soups and appetizers. House made teas too. You’ll want to come back again and again to try each one. Our sandwiches were excellent. The fresh bread was lightly toasted to be crisp with no char. The wonderful mix of fresh vegetables and herbs is evident. The ingredients of each sand which aren’t just thrown together, when presented they looked appetizing and assembled with flair. Don’t be put off by the location or lack of decor. You’ll be glad you stopped by.

Hi, Quick update: We’ve visited this spot five more times since and Banh Mi Saigon has given us a delicious meal time after time. Fresh, tasty,and richness of flavor is delivered to the table. Our visit today was in a busy dining room handling the rush of orders as well as take out. A new neon sign lights the window and I for one hope it glows on into the future so I may have may more delightful visits to this super find of good food on Hadley’s busy Rt. 9You’ll want to try this spot before the lines start to form.
