Love the coffee, the food, and the super-friendly people who work here. I come to get work done and drink coffee, spending the better part of the day in this welcoming cafe.

My kid likes this place. If they had better coffee and food we’d both be happy!

Mixed. Don’t come here for sandwiches, they’re expensive and The Cup and Stop skimps their customers on them. Salad is reasonably priced and fresh. Coffee is uneven, but coffee drinks are fair. Moms and Dads love this place, which means that because of the play space, The Cup and Top isn’t really a dedicated caf. You may find yourself wondering if the Cup and Top didn’t just set up a low-key eatery where parents can ease out of getting a babysitter! But It’s nice they have performances and showcase local and national authors and musicians and has an area set up for Cup and Top swag, which not every caf has available. The Cup and Top used to charge $5/hr for use of wifi, but now it’s free. For adults, It’s a good enough place for meeting and meetings, coffee and all – just don’t expect too much.

Gluten-Free Deliciousness!. Cup & Top Cafe is my go-to place for delicious, gluten-free food in the Pioneer Valley! They can make all of their sandwiches on gluten-free bread, and all their wraps in a rice wrap. In the mornings I can get a gluten-free muffin (ginger/pear is my favorite!) with what I would have to say (hands-down) is the BEST CHAI TEA around! They label all of their gluten-free dishes (GF) and have daily features and delicious soups. The space is terrific too. There’s WiFi so I can bring my laptop and get some work done while enjoying breakfast or lunch. In the front are comfortable chairs to hang out in, and in the back is a terrific playspace for kids and their grown-ups.OH! And they often have free family events in the playspace – family concerts with folks like The Nields, Uncle Rock, Randy Kaplan, Ben Rudnick & Friends – puppet shows – art openings …Cup & Top Cafe is the kind of community space other communities envy. I can’t say enough good stuff!

Superb!. I’m pretty head-over-heels in love with this place. Cushy chairs and big windows in the front, kids’ playspace in the back. (Including a SWEET ball drop game that even adults will enjoy. Check it out when there aren’t any kids around. You don’t want to be that grown-up that takes toys away from small children.)You won’t get that snooty too-good-for-you attitude from your barista that you might get from other coffee shops around town – these baristas are sweet and at least act like they genuinely like their customers.Oh, and the food is delicious. And also organic, local, actually healthy, and a lot of it is made from scratch. They’re not an entirely gluten-free facility, but they have plenty of really delicious gluten-free options. They’ve even figured out how to make g-f baked goods that still taste amazing – not an easy feat!I love this place. You will, too.

Not so great.. Cup and Top misses the mark. Coffee is weak as water, the space is unattractive, fairly noisy and not very friendly. Food is fresh but amateurish – not very good. I wouldn’t call it bad, but there are better choices around.

Great place for moms with kids to get out of the house!. Toys for your kids, and a welcoming atmosphere, make this the best place in towns for parents to get out for a meal without hiring a sitter.
