Overhyped with poor quality and service. Waited in line for twenty minutes for the most disgusting Chocolate Malted that I have ever had. The kid working had no idea how to make one and had to go to the office for the recipe. He turned out a mixture of chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, milk and a hint of malt powder that was sickening sweet. The staff could care less! I had to beg for some more milk just to make it palatable. I understand that you don’t always hit a home run, but at least try and make it right if a patron is not satisfied. Was more upset about their lack of caring than the money wasted on something I couldn’t drink.
Yum. Its hard not to like this place, unless of course you hate ice cream. A million options and it all tastes sweet and good. Be prepared for a line if you are there on a weekend night especially, maybe a line other times as well.
