Nicest space…. worst coffee.. I think Northampton Coffee has the nicest space in Northampton. A big, sunny, airy space. Unfortunately, even though they use high quality beans, their brewed coffee is awful. The problem is with the brewing technique that creates a coffee that is strong on bitterness yet weak in flavor. I couldn’t even finish the last cup I had there it was so bad. The pastries are pretty limited and the staff is attentive, though somewhat stand-offish. Value is not very good.
