Pretty nice people, pretty bad coffee.. Rao’s is a locally-owned coffee shop and roaster. Their friendly staff seems to have no one over the age of 23. Unfortunately their brewing process produces a brew that is both very bitter and weak. You end up with a cup that tastes strongly bitter, yet with very little competing flavors. They also serve soups and sandwiches.
