Good stop on Rt. 1 North. The Beet Salad was nicely spiced and flavored, a perfect light start. The Zuchini Fries were good as well, with a great tzakiki. The Spanikopita was just ho-hum, the dough seemingly not buttered or golden, so if fell apart in sheets. The spinach filling was dry and lacked enough feta for our taste, the accomanying rice was also on the bland side. But, the Deluxe plate with gyro meat and souvlaki was great! Nicely flavored meats, and the side salad was fresh and flavorful . If you like Greek food it’s worth trying.

Pastichio. While the pastichio itself was not bad, the green beans, often one of my favourite Greek side dishes, we’re not good. The beans tasted as if they were canned…completely unnecessary in the summer…and the tomato sauce with it also had a slightly tinny flavour. The pastichio was steaming when it arrived, but sections of it were ice cold. The flavour of that was pleasant, however.
