Santarpio’s crusts are other-worldly. The menu is far from extensive. What they sell are pizzas and they’ve been at it for decades. Rave all you want about your favorite nouveau wood fire fancy schmancy pizza venue and then try Santarpio’s. Restaurants don’t stay in business for over 50 years unless they’re consistently doing something well.
In all seriousness, the best pizza I have ever had in the USA. I would go back to Boston just to eat more of this pizza. I can’t even describe – I don’t know what they do to it, but it is DIVINE!! Such a hidden gem!
Great Pie!. The works was everything a pizza should be: thin crust, cheesy with just the right amount of sauce and plenty of toppings. This is certainly on of the better pizza’s I’ve had in a long time, outside of NYC or New Haven. Char grilled lamb Sausage was good too!
