I can’t say I hate it. First you order at the counter so it’s kinda like fast food. The place has a funky smelly, kinda like mothballs. Seems pricey for what you get. Chowder was bland, lobster pie was overcooked, baked potato had been baking for days.
Always Good. Good variety of dishes. Never ordered lobster, but the haddock is always good.Try the broiled seafood platter, not on the menu. Friendly service.

Tonight was my third time to Seawitch. This dive has great service and the food is fresh. The lobster roll and the crabcakes are great.
Don’t think I’ll go back. I took a few young work colleagues with me, not realizing it was counter-style ordering. OK, so it’s not appropriate for a biz lunch, so how’s the food?eh. I had the Caesar salad with lobster, for $19.95. My colleagues had the Caesar with shrimp and the fried shrimp plate, respectively. Nothing to complain about, except the smell of the clear–it-yourself garbage bin near our seat.My salad was a good size, but the lettuce was cut too large. The dressing was the consistency of porridge (I had ordered it on the side). The lobster was a little rubbery and overdone. The fried shrimp were ok, but the portion scanty. It was ok for a fried fish joint, but there are better options, I think.
