First time last time. Fir…. First time last time.First time to the Boston area. Got seated and then waited for 15 minutes without anyone seeing us or asking us if we wanted anything. Never even met a server. Got up and left while having the same people seating us thank us as we left. I wish there was a way to get a notification or email when this place closes down. Hopefully it is soon. I will never attempt any place with this name again. Thank YOU for nothing.
Not returning. This tavern is in the middle of nowhere. Terrible location and food is not good. The server was not accommodating and just plain rude. just got not a good feeling being there. the drinks are just ok. No atmosphere at all. I’m not sure what type of food they serve it certainly was not american maybe mexican. The staff looks creepy. Definitely overpriced.
Great place. I can’t disagree more with the review submitted by ‘diner from boston’. Not overpriced, server was great, and the drinks actually contained alcohol. Food was made from scratch and very fresh. We are returning this weekend with a large party. I highly recommend Stonewood and have suggested to my friends and neighbors to check it out.. Sorry, but much better than nearby Capones.
Terrible service overpriced food. Our experience at stonewood was the food was as terrible as the service no manager to be found to complain a poorly run restaurant stay away
Waste. Totally disappointed. The food was overpriced and I thought it tasted as if was made a week ago.. Bland and no flavor. Location not the best but tried it anyway. Hopefully other people will not have to experience the same. Go to Sal’s pizza and save money if in that area..
Don’t wast money. Tried this restaurant and totally disappointing. Food was very unappetizing. Staff very rude and unattentive. I think food was prepared the day or week before. Very noisey and lacks any ambience. The management seems only concerned with $$$. I really could not say what type of crowd since it is not something I would subject myself or anyone too. It’s a disaster. You know the doors will close on this place very soon. People on the northshore are not that stupid and throw their money away so easily.
